Chaffey Homes Breaks Ground on Second Carefree Community, Almarte

Scottsdale, Ariz- Chaffey Homes (Phonetically: Chāf-fee), a luxury homebuilder based out of Kirkland Wash., recently broke ground on Almarte, a high-amenity, maintenance-free town home community in Carefree, Ariz.
The Almarte project will consist of six unique floor plans in paired configuration for a total of 24 town homes located near the intersection of, Hum and Cave Creek Roads. These units will range from 1600 to 3800 sq. ft., with single and two story floor plans, including an elevator option.

This is the second community Chaffey has broken ground on in 2008. The other project, Tranquil Trail Estates, is another Carefree community consisting of seven luxury homes, ranging in size from 3500 to 4200 sq. ft. All of Chaffey Homes’ initial projects will focus on the Northeast Valley.
