Construction Underway at Chaffey's High-Amenity, Maintenance-Free Town Home Community
Carefree, Ariz. – (August 4, 2008) – Chaffey Homes, a luxury home builder based out of Kirkland, Wash., announced today that construction is underway at Almarte, the high-amenity town home community in Carefree, Arizona.
Located near the intersection of Hum and Cave Creek roads, Almarte consists of six different floor plans ranging in size from 1,600 – 3,900 square feet. Each southwestern-style bungalow features distinguishable characteristics like natural stone flooring, chef grade appliances, and slab granite countertops. When completed, the entire community will offer only 24 homes with single and two-story floor plans, including an elevator option.

Framing on Almarte's model home will be completed this month. The project is divided into two phases; phase I has four buildings (eight units), and phase II has eight buildings (sixteen units).
The model will be open for viewing in early March 2009 when a series of grand opening events will occur at the community.
